How it works

BRS Dieselogic is easy to use. Once you receive your username and password you will be able to tap in and view your fuel consumption through online management reports from our Homepage.

Step 3 – Main menu

Once you are logged in you can select your vehicles from the left-hand column. From here you can run reports by clicking the reports tab at the top of the screen.

Step 4 – Running reports

Once in the reports screen, you can select the vehicle or vehicles to report on by highlighting them in the My Vehicles column and then clicking on the right pointing arrow to Add Vehicle or Group.

You can then select the type of report, either Overview or Summary, and the date range that you wish to view. Then simply generate the report.

The report will display the MPG for the selected vehicles and associated factors such as the percentage of the journey time spent in cruise control, or that the vehicle was idle.

Step 5 - Downloading a vehicle

All the vehicles are automatically downloaded on a weekly basis, but should you wish to view data between this download period, you can contact the vehicle by selecting View Log Data Management.

This will show a timeline view highlighting where data is available. Checking the box on the right hand side of the screen contacts the vehicle and downloads data up to the current time.

All reports can be printed and exported into a spreadsheet by clicking on the appropriate icons. The reports offer a quick and accurate means of identifying fuel consumption across the fleet without the need to physically measure the amount of fuel in the tank.

By monitoring different driving styles and behaviours, you can identify potential areas for training and development.
