On completion of a service, the signed document is meticulously quality checked to ensure it adheres to all the compliance requirements. The original document is then electronically captured within 24 hours of receipt. Should a document be incomplete we inform the service agents to ask them to return a fully compliant document. Any non-compliance is flagged up on an alert system.
