Repair and maintenance

Customers using BRS Hire Solutions can rest assured that all of our vehicles are fastidiously serviced and maintained. Required  maintenance and repairs  will be conducted to our  high standards. These are carried out at manufacturer’s main dealers utilising approved manufacturer parts and materials.

Breakdown management

Running our own fleet, we know that, despite meticulous maintenance, breakdowns do occur, but cannot be allowed to disrupt 24/7 operations. BRS therefore operates a comprehensive 24/7 UK-wide breakdown management service. This is through a single point of contact directly into our Technical Operations Group – 08705 325 325.

Replacement vehicles

Since vehicle uptime affects profits, we provide the option of servicing vehicles at night to ensure daytime availability and your ability to deliver.

For 24/7 availability of vehicles, we offer a replacement vehicle as an additional option. This ensures that your fleet remains at optimum strength, whilst ensuring it  is serviced, maintained and fully compliant.

Delivery and collection service

To allow for the most demanding operating environments, BRS offers a tailor made, door-to-door Delivery and Collection Service as an additional option.
