BRS are always working to deliver improvements into both our business and that of our customers. I have been provided with an active role in the ongoing delivery and maintenance of the necessary systems and processes. This has involved collaboration on internal, external and shared initiatives, and has further equipped me with skills from design and implementation to training and support. The job is rewarding as the challenges are many and varied and the blend of knowledge, experience and innovation within the team makes our work interesting, exciting and progressive.
