Yes, Customer focus, team work, delivering its promises, adding value, commitment and dedication; these are all true to BRS, however, there is one phrase which is special to BRS; “long-term partnerships and complete ownership”. We believe that contractual agreements with our Customers must be of equal benefit and is fundamental to a long term partnership. I’m fortunate to have been in this industry for over 20 years and have experienced different cultures. None have the BRS unique “family culture”. We have a set of people with a clear mindset; “look after the Customer, support your colleagues and before being asked, go the extra mile”. I can call on anybody from any department to support my discussions with prospective Customers which assures prospective clients that we do really have a complete team of experts which will deliver everything that the Customer needs and often much, much more.
