I am fortunate enough to work for a company and within a team which has grown together on the principle of teamwork, imaginative solutions and providing support to each other. I consider many of my colleagues as friends on whom I can count on and together we have achieved and sustained high standards of performance which we continually strive to improve. Throughout the company a “can do” attitude certainly prevails which makes us all determined to add value and exceed our customers' expectations. Within my role I am fortunate enough to visit all of the BRS operational sites where I am able to meet with drivers, loaders, supervisors and shift management who work on the with driver accounts throughout the country. On these visits I am always reminded of the loyalty, enthusiasm and commitment demonstrated by all BRS employees, regardless of their role. It is these qualities that I feel help differentiate us from our competition.
